Agreement to terms
By accessing or using PropFinance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service
PropFinance is a web-based property finance and tax compliance platform for UK landlords. It provides tools for tracking rental income and expenses, generating MTD quarterly updates, producing SA105 annual reports, managing compliance certificates, calculating Capital Gains Tax estimates, and logging business mileage.
Important notice
PropFinance is a software tool to help you organise your financial records. It does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser for advice specific to your circumstances.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to use PropFinance. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring the information you enter into the platform is accurate
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices are shown in GBP inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Free trial
The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial you will need to add payment details or your account reverts to the Starter plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except where required by UK consumer law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Enter false or misleading financial information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Use the Service to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
Your data
You own the data you enter into PropFinance. We do not claim any ownership over your financial records, property data, or tax information.
You can export your data at any time from the Billing section of your account. On account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
PropFinance is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Tax calculations or reports generated are accurate or complete
- The Service will meet all HMRC requirements at all times
Tax rules change frequently. You are responsible for verifying that your submissions to HMRC are correct. We strongly recommend working with a qualified accountant.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, PropFinance Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to penalties or fines imposed by HMRC, loss of data, loss of profits, or errors in tax calculations.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in that period.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding of PropFinance is the intellectual property of PropFinance Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
